Refund Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Thank you for supporting Gospel Mount. We want our digital resources to be clear, useful, and honestly described before you buy.
1. Digital PDF purchases
Gospel Mount ebooks are digital PDF products delivered by email shortly after payment. Because access is provided instantly and the file can be downloaded, copied, saved, and printed, sales are generally final once the PDF has been downloaded.
2. When we can help
If something has gone wrong, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@gospelmount.org. We will review the request and may offer a replacement download link, email correction, technical help, or a refund where appropriate.
3. What counts as a mistaken purchase?
A mistaken purchase may include:
- an accidental duplicate purchase of the same ebook;
- purchase of the wrong Gospel Mount ebook;
- use of the wrong email address at checkout;
- an unintended purchase reported before the PDF has been downloaded.
4. What counts as trouble accessing the file?
Trouble accessing your file may include:
- the delivery email did not arrive;
- the download link opens an error page;
- the link expired before it was used;
- the downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete;
- a technical issue prevents you from downloading the PDF.
5. When refunds are not normally provided
Refunds are not normally provided for:
- change of mind after the PDF has been downloaded;
- requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
- failure to read the product description before purchase;
- sharing, forwarding, uploading, reselling, or redistributing the PDF outside the licence terms;
- requests where download records show that the file was successfully accessed and no technical fault is present.
6. Download logs
For fraud prevention, customer support, and refund review, we may log paid download attempts. These logs may include purchase details, product slug, download token hash, download time, IP address, country or region if provided by Cloudflare, browser/device information, download status, and download count.
We do not use this information to shame or pressure buyers. We use it to help with genuine support issues, prevent abuse of download links, and understand whether a file was successfully accessed.
7. How to request help or a refund
Email support@gospelmount.org with:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the ebook title;
- the approximate purchase date;
- a short explanation of what went wrong.
We aim to reply with care and clarity. If the issue is technical, we will usually try to provide a working replacement link first. If a refund is appropriate, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
8. Spiritual and pastoral disclaimer
Gospel Mount ebooks are for prayer, reflection, and spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for pastoral care, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, safeguarding support, or emergency help.
Let all that you do be done in love.
1 Corinthians 16:14
